Terms of Service

You are buying access to a subscription for the period listed on the plan you picked. Some plans run for a year, some run in shorter blocks such as three months. The exact period is shown on the plan before you pay and again on your receipt.

Most orders arrive around 1 to 2 hours after payment. Crunchyroll shared profiles are delivered instantly while slots are in stock. If every slot is full we set up a fresh account for you, which can take longer. Your login always goes to the email you gave us and stays visible on your orders page.

• Use your own profile only. Do not open, rename or delete anyone else's profile.
• Set a PIN on your profile after your first login.
• Never change the account email, password or payment method. Doing so voids your slot with no refund.

• The account is yours for the period you paid for. You can change the password.
• Do not change the email on file, we need it to renew the account.

If an account stops working during your paid period and it was not caused by breaking the rules above, message us and we will repair or replace it. If we cannot deliver your order at all, you get a full refund. Change of mind after a working login has been delivered is not refundable.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Where enabled, the card processing fee is shown as part of the total before you pay.

One person per slot or account unless the plan says otherwise. Reselling what you buy here is not allowed and will end your access without a refund.

Support runs through our Discord server and by replying to your order email. Connecting your Discord account also lets our bot DM you when your order is ready.
