This page is maintained by the DoneOverpaying.com team. It explains what we collect when you buy a subscription here, why we need it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Your email address, so we can send your order confirmation and login details.
- Either a phone number or a Discord username, whichever contact method you pick at checkout.
- A profile name, only for plans where you get your own profile on a shared account.
- Your Discord account ID, only if you choose to connect Discord for order notifications.
- Order details: which service and plan you bought, the amount, and the order status.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
How we use it
Only to deliver and support your order: sending your login, letting you look your order up on the orders page, answering support messages, and fixing problems with an account you bought. We do not sell your information and we do not run ad tracking on it.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process your payment.
- Our email provider, to deliver your confirmation and login emails.
- Discord, only if you connect your Discord account so our bot can DM you.
Discord notifications
Connecting Discord is optional. If you connect it, we store your Discord user ID and display name so our bot can DM you when your order is ready. We only request the basic identity permission. You can ask us to unlink it at any time and we will delete the ID.
Emails
Order emails are transactional, which means they are part of the purchase you made. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops future messages from us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while your subscription period is active plus a short window afterwards for support and refunds. After that we remove or anonymise them.
Your choices
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deleting an active order record means we can no longer support or replace that account.
